Lawsuit Filed Against Sheriff & Board of Education & Identified the Chief Deputy

The Talbot County Chief Deputy that refused to provide her name and badge number has been identified as Mamie Sanders. This piece of trash can now be added to the suit.

Mamie Sanders
On June 19, 2025, a lawsuit was filed against investigator Richard C. Ousley, Sheriff Bobby Gates JR., Joy Andrews, and now identified Mamie Sanders. She will be held accountable for her actions that took place on May 8, 2025. Thank you to everyone that helped identify the low life oath breaker Mamie Sanders. Others have reached out to GT and voiced that they plan to file a lawsuit against the same Sheriff.

A local newspaper reported on the arrest as well. Joy Andrews, Jannie Graham, and Terrance Freeman all completed statement forms to write down their account of the incident. When Joy Andrews is deposed in the current lawsuit, Jannie and Terreance might also be added as Defendants.

According to The Talbotton New Era, Jannie Graham stated, “she felt in danger and retreated to with another coworker to a back hallway and away from Mr. Pickron with him standing there filming and asking numerous questions.”

Simply existing in a public space documenting interactions with your government and questioning tax dollars will put the Board of Education staff in danger, according to Jannie Graham. As of June 12, 2025, investigator Middlebrooks is investigating the phone calls that were placed to the Board of Education.
